Vibrating Screen
Grading and classification of dry granular bulk materials
The vibrating screen classifies medium and fine granular materials through probabilistic screening technology. Its linear vibration system efficiently separates different particle sizes, ensuring accurate classification. The screen typically includes multiple decks (3-6 layers) positioned at steep angles (30° to 60°) and uses larger mesh openings than standard screens, about 2 to 10 times the particle size being separated, to prevent blockage and maintain smooth operation.
Applications
- It is widely used for sand production lines, particularly for precise classification of coarse sand (4.5 mm) and fine sand (2.36 mm) in the construction, building materials, metallurgy, and coal industries.
- Commonly used for multilayer particle grading of dry mortar materials, such as natural sand, quartz sand, manufactured sand, limestone powder, and similar bulk materials.
- Also suitable for various particle grading requirements in industries like chemical production, food processing, pharmaceuticals, and other light industries.
